Feeling Nervous About Your Home Project? Don't Worry, You're Not Alone.

Over the years, I've guided lots of people just like you through their home project, helping them actually enjoy the process too!

Hopefully, the following will help you to understand more about our process and how Scribble Architecture can guide you through you project.

Scribble Architectures Design Process

The first step is to book an initial free consultation, which you book via my website. This is where we will meet for the first time over the phone or video call to discuss your project, find out more about one another and where I will be able to talk you through your next steps.

1. Initial Free Consultation

2. Design Consultation

Step two is where we can meet at your home to discuss your project in more detail. This is a great opportunity to meet face-to-face and I always find it best to visit your home first as this let’s me see exactly what I am working with. We will talk about your ideas and requirements and I’ll be able to talk you through your next steps.

IAfter our design consultation, I’ll head back to my office and will prepare your fee proposal documents which describes in detail each stage of your project as well as my costs for each stage of your project.

Once your quote is accepted, I will send you our contract to sign which will also contain detailed descriptions of each stage of your project along with the associated costs broken down. Once our contract is signed by both of us, we can begin the exciting design work!

If you're bouncing ideas around....

…or if you’re ready to start your project or anything in between, click the button below to book a free consultation with me. Alternatively, you can get in touch via email or phone for a chat. I'd love to hear from you!
